Swap 2017 Registration Opening Soon!

We are getting ready to host the eighth annual
 Remembering Together Ornament Swap!  

Registration will be open from November 1st - 12th, 2017. Reading the rules for the Swap and filling out the registration form are the first steps to receiving your Swap assignment! You can also look for the link on our facebook page, starting November 1^st, 2017.

All the details about this year’s Swap can be found here on our blog.  If you are new to the Swap, please review the FAQ’s and info about the Swap’s intention; many of your questions will be answered there. If you are planning to participate, please be sure to read our three simple rules, regardless of whether or not you have participated in past years.

Important dates for this year’s Swap:

Wednesday, November 1^st, 2017: registration/sign up opens.

Sunday, November 12^th, 2017: registration/sign up closes at 6pm EST. Sorry, late registration is not possible, so don’t miss this deadline! 

Thursday, November 16^th, 2017: all registrants receive their Swap assignments & crafting begins!

Tuesday, December 5^th, 2017: all ornaments must be shipped to their recipients

The shipping date is especially important! Please think carefully before signing up about whether you have time and/or resources to commit to participating in the Swap. As much as you may be disappointed not to participate, it is also important to think of the disappointment & sadness caused when a family feels their child has been forgotten because their ornament never arrived; it can be devastating. By registering, you are making a commitment to another family. Please be honest with yourself about whether you will be able to honor this commitment, because to another parent/family, it means a lot!
